We collect the name, email address, phone number and optional Instagram handle you provide, along with site activity connected to operating and protecting your membership. For giveaway entries and electronic contract signatures, we record the IP address and device details needed to document and protect those transactions.

How we use information

We use information to create and operate memberships, communicate with you about Phllyy, run giveaways and contracts, provide the services you request, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and sale of information

We may sell, rent, license or otherwise share personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle and site activity, with third parties such as sponsors, partners and marketing companies, who may use it for their own purposes, including marketing. You can turn on "Do not sell or share my personal information" in your account settings at any time. If you win a giveaway, the sponsor receives the details needed to deliver your prize. Service providers also process information on our behalf to operate the site and its services.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Signed contracts are kept permanently.

Deleting your account

You have the right to delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time from your account settings (Settings, then Delete account). Deletion is permanent. We may keep information we are required or permitted to retain, such as signed contracts, giveaway records, and security and audit logs. Information shared with or sold to third parties before you delete your account is not recovered from them.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date and version number show when it last changed.
