Membership

Phllyy membership is free. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Acceptable use and account suspension

Use the service lawfully, respect other members, and do not disrupt the service, misuse accounts or information, or engage in fraud or harassment. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated, or to protect members and the service.

Giveaways

Giveaways are governed by their applicable Official Rules. The Official Rules control if they conflict with these general Terms.

Electronic records and signatures

You agree that electronic records, notices, and signatures may be used for your dealings with Phllyy, to the extent permitted by law. You may retain copies of electronic records for your files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phllyy is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
